2. You will receive an email with your personalised voucher code to redeem your 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership on www.LiveBetterWithIPP.com.
3. Within 30 days of receipt, go to www.LiveBetterWithIPP.com,enter your voucher code and complete the online form with your personal details.
4. Within 7 days of registration, you will receive your ‘The Entertainer’ VIP Key to activate your 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership. ENJOY!

HOW CAN I QUALIFY FOR THIS PROMOTION?
The promotional offer is only valid in Singapore after the purchase of a new eligible FWD insurance protection policy from IPP directly or from a participating IPP Adviser (“The Qualifying Purchase”).

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO REDEEM MY REWARD?

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE AWARE WHEN UPLOADING MY PDF VOUCHER?
Please make sure to upload a clear and full picture of the first page of your PDF Voucher received via email.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO REDEEM MY REWARD MORE THAN ONCE?
Customers will receive one 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership regardless of number of eligible policies purchased.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REWARD?
The ‘The Entertainer’ VIP key will be sent to you via email to your registered email address within 7 days after successful voucher redemption.
HOW CAN I REDEEM MY REWARD?
1. If you’re a member, sign in on the website.
2. If you’re not a part of the family yet, download the App and register your details.
3. Follow this link to get started.
4. Once joined, sign in and enter your VIP Key in the box at the bottom of the screen. Please note, you will need to do this on a web browser, not in the app.
5. Your new VIP Key provided to you will be in both letters and numbers.
6. Click submit and voila, you’re ready to go!
7. No payment details need to be provided upon activation to enjoy the membership.
8. Simply select “Singapore” as your country in your profile to view your personalized offers.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY MEMBERSHIP IF I CANCEL MY INSURANCE?
The Participant will not be entitled to claim the 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership if the promotional product is cancelled or returned, and the participant acknowledges and accepts that in such event, any Membership can be cancelled at any time without liability incurred by the seller and the Promoter.
CAN I CANCEL MY ’THE ENTERTAINER’ MEMBERSHIP?
You can cancel your VIP membership by contacting their customer service team.
WILL MY MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE AFTER 12 MONTHS?
VIP Key accounts will automatically expire after 12 months from the date of activation.
CAN I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP AFTER THE INITIAL 12 MONTHS?
A VIP account can only be renewed through another VIP Key. Users who wish to extend their app access can manually upgrade to a Premium membership by purchasing it through their site or in-app.
WILL I GET A NOTIFICATION WHEN THE MEMBERSHIP RUNS OUT?
Within a month of expiring, ‘The Entertainer’ will send an in-app push notification informing about it.
CAN I GIVE MY 'THE ENTERTAINER' VIP KEY TO A FRIEND OR PARTNER?
No. The reward is personal and non-transferable. The VIP key cannot be used or requested by third parties.
CAN I SHARE MY 'THE ENTERTAINER' ACCOUNT WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY?
You can give up to 2 additional family members exclusive access to your account, and these members can be changed whenever you want.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY OFFER FOR THE VALUE OF THE 12-MONTH MEMBERSHIP?
No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer. Promotional offers have no monetary value.
