Terms and Conditions
1. “Celebrate 40” is promoted by IPP Financial Advisers Pte Ltd (78 Shenton Way #30-01, Singapore 079120) (“Promoter”). All prizes, customer service and customer communication are provided by Inspire SE-Asia Marketing PTE. Ltd, 16 Raffles Quay #10-00, Hong Leong Building, Singapore (“Organizer”), on behalf of the Promoter.
2. This promotional offer is only open to a person who is a resident in Singapore and is aged eighteen (18) or above at the point of the insurance plan’s application.
3. Only Participants who complete the verification procedure on www.LiveBetterwithIPP.com can participate in this promotion.
Eligible Participants:
· Customers who purchase any Participating Promotional Product via IPP Financial Advisers
· IPP Financial Advisors
· Event Attendees of Seedly Finance Festival
Eligible Products Include:

4. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter offers a complimentary 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership with ‘The Entertainer’ App to anyone eligible who purchases a Participating Promotional Product during the promotion period.
5. The Participant will not be entitled to redeem the 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership if the Participating Promotional Product is free-looked by the Participant, or if the Participant did not make the scheduled premium payments. The Participant acknowledges and accepts that in such event, any Membership can be cancelled at any time without liability incurred by the seller and the Promoter.
6. The complimentary 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership provides access to thousands of 1-for-1, discount, attraction, and leisure offers in over 300+ partners in Singapore.
Redeeming an offer couldn’t be easier:
a. Simply select your chosen Offer for use on ‘The Entertainer’ App. If you are in a restaurant or bar, ensure your waiter is informed that you have ‘The Entertainer’ App before you ask for the bill.
b. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
c. The merchant is prompted to enter their P.I.N.
d. Once the merchant has entered their P.I.N., the Offer will be redeemed, and the item / discount or service will be removed from your bill.
7. Participants will receive a voucher to redeem their 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership from the Promoter within the promotional period.
8. All redemptions must be completed within 30 days after receipt of the Voucher PDF.
9. Within 30 days of receiving the voucher code, the Participant shall log onto the campaign website (www.LiveBetterwithIPP.com),using their voucher code as a login code. The Participant shall complete the online redemption form with name, phone number, email address, and upload a copy of their Voucher (PDF file or a screenshot).
10. Within 7 days after receiving the application and successful validation of the documents, the participant receives a VIP Key (code) for the ‘The Entertainer’ App to activate the 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership, with detailed instructions on how to activate the membership online and in the app.
11. Each application is limited to only one redemption of the 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership.
12. The Promoter and Organizer are not liable for any failure or delay in performance of any obligation under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to a Force Majeure event. This includes earthquake, storm, flood, fire, or other acts of nature, COVID, SARS and other epidemics, war, riot, acts of terrorism, public disturbance, strike or lockouts, government actions or other events beyond the control of the Promoter and Organiser. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation.
13. No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer.
14. Voucher codes received during the Participant’s redemption process are personal and non-transferable. Memberships cannot be requested or made for by third parties and/or using the name of the Participant.
15. ‘The Entertainer’s general terms of use apply for the use of the subscription/ membership. By activating your subscription, you enter a legal relationship with ‘The Entertainer’. The Promoter and Organiser will not be responsible or liable for the availability and content of the media and website provided by ‘The Entertainer’. ‘The Entertainer’ is solely responsible from that point on. Offers are valid for 12 months from activation. You can add up to 2 people to your ‘The Entertainer’ account, this means up to 3 users with individual login details can share 1 account. Memberships will automatically expire after 12 months from the date of activation.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of identification from the Participant. Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to verify all claims, check the content of all redemptions and registrations to ensure the Participant’s compliance with these Terms & Conditions and to refuse to award the 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership or withdraw entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements or otherwise where a Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer or claimed using fraudulent means.
17. Personal data captured during the course of the promotion shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data shall be processed for the purpose of execution of this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where these are required for booking and other promotion fulfilment purposes.
18. The Promoter and the Organizer shall not accept any responsibility for claims lost and delayed or for those claims not received by the application cut-off date. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that correct details are provided for claims to be processed. The Promoter and the Organizer will not be liable for any traffic congestion or internet inaccessibility.
19. By participating in this promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
20. All written correspondence shall be sent to the addresses as shown on the campaign website www.LiveBetterwithIPP.com.Participants who have queries or complaints about the promotion may contact the Organizer at the corresponding address or email the Organizer using the contact details on the campaign website www.LiveBetterwithIPP.com.Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion and the reward may be submitted in writing within 14 days from the cause of the complaint. Only the Participants of the Promotion may submit a complaint regarding the course of the Promotion.
21. Participants acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provision of the documentation and information in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement will cause the Participant to lose the right to receive their 12-month ‘The Entertainer’ Premium Membership without liability incurred by the Promoter and Organiser.
